Your name, contact details, identification (ID/passport number), payment details and booking information — collected only when you make a reservation, create an account, or contact us.
How we use it
We use your data to process and manage your booking, register guests, take payments, keep our property secure, and communicate with you about your stay. We never sell your personal data.
Reporting & internal use
We use booking, occupancy and payment information internally for record-keeping, accounting, security, analytics and management reporting. Such reports are kept confidential and used only to run and improve Glymac Apartments.
Sharing & disclosure
We share data only with the parties needed to deliver your stay — such as payment providers (e.g. M-Pesa) — and where we are required to do so by law or a lawful authority.
Lawful basis & consent
We process your data with your consent and where necessary to fulfil our contract with you and to comply with Kenyan law. You provide this consent when confirming a booking or creating an account.
Data retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
